2. Can an Employer Mandate Vaccination for COVID-19?

It is not cut and dry! There are at least ten major fast track research initiatives to develop a vaccine for Covid-19. The stated goal of the FDA is to approve and release a vaccine(s) that will provide prevention or if not prevention, decrease the impact of Covid-19 for 50% or more of those inoculated. On Sept 2, 2020, the IRS released Notice 2020-68 providing guidance on the Setting Every Community UP for Retirement Enhancement (SECURE) Act. 4. Clarification of Remote Verification of I-9s

In March, 2020 The US immigration and Custom Enforcement (ICE) issued a temporary policy that allows employers to virtually inspect employee documents when on-boarding new hires.
